AI & Knowledge ManagementHR Knowledge Chatbot
A conversational HR knowledge web application that connects an administrator-managed knowledge base with Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI. Context-aware query rewriting supports follow-up questions, while an AI workflow coordinates retrieval, answers and relevant attachments.
- Challenge
- Make HR knowledge accessible through the questions employees actually ask, while allowing administrators to add content, organize categories and choose when to sync it into the search system.
- Approach
- Store concise knowledge entries focused on individual topics, organized by category, with one attachment per entry. Administrators add content and select Sync to update the search index. The Conversational RAG workflow uses the previous six conversation items to reinterpret the current question before retrieval. Azure AI Search retrieves relevant content using semantic search and embeddings, and Azure OpenAI composes an answer grounded in that content. An AI decision step determines whether an attachment from the retrieved knowledge is needed.
Internal LearningInternal E-Learning Platform
An internal learning system that brings video, PDF documents, text lessons and quizzes together. Administrators assign learners using employee IDs and organize courses into a Learning Journey.

- Internal learning must support multiple content formats, assign the right learners to each course and connect courses into a clear learning path, rather than presenting isolated lessons.
- Approach
- Develop an E-Learning website where administrators manage video, PDF, text and quiz lessons in one system. Require videos to be watched to completion before a lesson is passed, assign learner groups by uploading employee IDs, and organize courses into a Learning Journey to support continued learning.
Workforce OperationsMedico Outsourcing
A system that manages workforce requests and recruitment tracking in one place. Departments and administrators coordinate from defining requirements through tracking results, with support for multiple branches and role-based access.
- Challenge
- Coordinating staffing requests from multiple departments requires complete details and a shared view of progress for requesters and recruitment teams, including positions, qualifications, headcount and desired start dates.
- Approach
- Combine workforce requests, branch and user management, and recruitment status tracking in one system. Set access by role and responsible branch. Use templates and existing requests to reduce repeated entry, with a dashboard and documents for handoffs.
